How To Register for a Class...

Print a "Registration, Order Form" off this website and include with payment...  See link to the left.

You have four options for registering for a class -   I do NOT accept phone call or faxed registrations without payment.

1.  View the "Payment Drop Off / Books" link to the left.   You can come and register in person and pay your deposit or full payment and pick up your books at the same time.   There are different hours, times and locations available and the website is updated weekly for the next weeks times available.  The class addresses are located on this website, under "Class Addresses".   I do not accept personal checks in person, by phone or through the mail.  I do not accept debit or credit cards.   I am NOT at the Monroe office any other times, then the ones listed on the website.  If you make an appointment with me, please, show up.   It is very disrespectful for me to wait for you and you don't even show up.

2.  You can mail a money order or a certified cashiers check, made out to Danielle Hossler.   You can call or email me to verify an open class space and then I will pencil you in and hold your spot for three days.   Do NOT mail payments to the office or training locations.  This will delay your payment and book package.   I do NOT accept personal checks.  (out of your personal check book)   This will delay your registration and your check will be mailed back to you.  Do not mail cash.  I am not liable, if you mail cash.  I am not responsible for late, lost or mis-directed mail.   Please, print a "Registration, Order Form" off of this website and include with your envelope and money order.   Yes, you can combine payments into one money order.   Yes, you can combine registration forms in one envelope.   Your books are mailed via USPS priority mail with a tracking number.

3.  You can make an appointment to meet me at my home in Indian Trail.  There are only limited hours and times available for this.   You must call or email me to find out your choices for days I am available.   You must call or email me to find out the correct address.   It is not on this website.

4.  You can pay with PayPal.   If you are paying with PayPal, email me your information on what you are purchasing or what class date you are registering for and at what location.   Important Note:   If you are paying with PayPal, you must add a $10.00 service fee on to the prices listed below.  Or, you can view the Web Store on this website, this already has the correct prices on there.   I can also paypal you an invoice, if you send me a request by email or phone with your email address.   Your books will be shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service) priority mail with a tracking number to a confirmed address.

I only hold your class spot for three mailing days.  After we talk or email, I can pencil you in for a class date.  But, then you have three days to make your payment or the spot gets opened back up to other students in line.    You MUST attend the class date that you have registered for.   I do NOT offer re-scheduling, as each class is full and all spots are accounted for.  You must show up for the class date that you picked.  Or, you forfeit your class fee paid, no exceptions!   Pick a date that you know you will be able to attend.  Thank you.

IMPORTANT :  Registration for August, September and October classes are in progress NOW.  The only way to get into a class quicker, is if you paid your deposit and have your books.  If you are already registered, let me know that you want a sooner class date,  I will email or call you if someone cancels.  The students with a paid deposit will have first choice in taking a cancelled spot.  The reason behind this, is you must read your textbook and complete the workbook BEFORE you come to class for CNA.     The website will be updated with current class dates and open space on 7-30-2010.  In ALL classes, NO video recording and NO audio recording is allowed.   No talking on the phone and no texting during class.   Thank you.

 

Fees Due:

THE FEES LISTED BELOW ARE FOR CASH PAYMENTS OR MONEY ORDERS.  Paypal rates are between $5.00 - $20.00 higher, depending on the class.

Due to past students, I no longer accept partial payments or deposits for any CNA classes or packages.   The students do not show up and pay the balance due.   All CNA, CPR, skills only and clinical classes must be paid in full at the time of registration.  Sorry, for the trouble...

If you have to do a split payment or make a deposit for the full training CNA class, you can contact me in advance for prior approval and payment plan options.   Thank you.

1.  For a CPR class, your total cost is $40.00.   To register, you must pay $40.00 in advance to secure your spot in the class.  Walk-ins will only be allowed if space is available that day, and the minimum number of paid students is met first.

2.  For a CNA I class in Monroe or Concord, your total cost is $175.00.   You receive free shipping of your books to you.   Books will be shipped via USPS priority mail with a tracking number.  No partial payments and no deposits are accepted.  I go to the post office almost everyday, so you usually have your book package within three business days.   If you want the skills DVD, add $30.00 on to your total, so it will be $205.00 due now.

3.  For a CNA I class in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Durham, Morganton and the Raleigh location, your total cost is $185.00.   Shipping of your books is included with this fee.  I do not accept deposits or partial payments.  If you want the skills DVD, add $30.00 on to your total, so your total will be $215.00 due now.

4.  For a "Skills Only" CNA class, your total fee is $60.00.  Your full payment must be paid in advance to secure your class space.   Walk-ins will only be allowed that night, if class space permits.  If you are a repeat student or past student of the full training Fast Track CNA, your skills only class is discounted to $40.00.

5.  For the CNA home study program with the skills DVD, your total cost is $180.00 and shipping is included via USPS priority mail with a tracking number.   You do NOT attend a class with this program.   No partial payments accepted.

6.  For picking up the CNA skills DVD, $30.00.  For shipping the skills DVD is $35.00.   No partial payments accepted.

7.  For the Pharmacy Tech home study program, your total cost is $200.00, this includes shipping of your books to you.  Payment in full is only accepted.  No partial payments.   $10.00 discount for past "Fast Track CNA" students, so $190.00.

8.  For the Medication Aide Class, your total is $200.00, if attending at the Monroe location.    $250.00 if attending at the Greensboro location.   For the Medication Aide Class alone at the Raleigh location, it is $300.00.  Shipping of your book is included free of charge or you can pick up your textbook at the "Payment Drop Off / Books " times.   The difference in fees is due to meeting room rentals, hotel, distance and time traveled for the instructor.

9.  For the four (4) practice CNA final exams and answer keys only.  $25.00 for pick up or $30.00 with shipping.  If you need the exams in Spanish, you must add $5.00 on to your total, due to it being a lot more sheets of paper.   So, if you need "Spanish" exams, write Spanish on your registration form.   It will be $30.00 for pick up, or $35.00 if you need the Spanish version sent.

10.  For the four (4) practice CNA final exams, answer keys and the CNA skills DVD, $55.00 for pick up.  $60.00 with shipping and a tracking number on your package.   Please, tell me for which state, you need.   Example:  NC, SC, FL, etc.

11.  For the CNA Clinical Class held in Monroe, (open skills lab time) your full payment of $25.00 is required to secure a spot in the class if you are past student of the full training class.   Your full payment of $40.00 if you are a new student to "Fast Track CNA".  (not a past student of Danielle Hossler).

12.  For private tutoring, prices vary.   Contact me for more information...   Must book a minimum of a three hour time block.   Held only at the Monroe location.

13.  For private classes, prices vary.   Contact me for more information...

14.   CNA pin.  Letters of CNA one.  For pick up, $8.00.   To have it shipped to you, $11.00.

15.  CNA pin, circle pin.   For pick up, $10.00.

16.   To re-schedule a class, with advance notice, prior approval and your doctors letter.   $50.00.

17.  For the Dual Program - CNA Home Study and Med Aide Class at the Greensboro location = $400.00.   Your full payment is due BEFORE the class begins.  If you want to do a split payment, it is a non-refundable $250.00 deposit to receive all your CNA materials and your Med Aide textbook shipped to you.  The remaining balance of $150.00 is due one week before class.   If you do not attend all three days of class, your completion certficate will not be given to you.

18.  For the Dual Program - CNA Home Study and Med Aide Class at the Raleigh location = $475.00.  Your full payment is due BEFORE the class begins.  If you want to do a split payment, it is a non-refundable $250.00 deposit to receive all your CNA materials and your Med Aide textbook shipped to you.  The remaining balance of $225.00 is due one week before class.  If you do not attend all three days of class, your completion certificate will not be given to you.

19.  For the certified medication aide pin or the certified pharmacty technician pin, $10.00 for pick up.   I can email you a picture upon request.   They are also on the Web Store, if you want to see a picture.

20.  For the CEU for inservice for CNA's.   $100.00 for 12 CEU credits.   No partial payments accepted.  Held only in Monroe.

21.  First Aide class -  $25.00.  American Heart Association class, certification is valid for two years.  Held in Monroe.

 

INCLUDE WITH YOUR PAYMENT:  Your name, mailing address, email address,  phone number,  and class date or what you are purchasing.   Or, print a "Registration, Order Form" and include it in your envelope.

There are NO refunds on deposits, payments, full payments, books, DVD's, book packages, or classes.

There are NO returns or exchanges or re-imbursements of any kind if you do not show you for your assigned class date.

I do NOT accept personal checks.  I do NOT accept debit cards or credit cards.  I do not accept over the phone -payments.   I charge a handling fee between $5.00 - $10.00 on top of the prices listed above, if using paypal to pay for the class, package,  or purchase, etc.   I can email a paypal invoice to you, if you let me know what you are purchasing or registering for...   If you need to use a debit or credit card, you must pay with paypal.

Out of respect towards your fellow class mates and myself and the other instructors, please, no talking on the phone or texting during class.   Wait till a break, then text your friends...   If you do not show up to your scheduled class, you forfeit all class fees, deposits or full payments.
